Everyone remembers Robert Kardashian, one of the attorneys for controversial OJ Simpson trial; however, now his entire family—especially his daughter Kim—are just as famous as Robert!

Ms. Kim Kardashian was first brought into the spotlight due to her sex tape scandal with ex-boyfriend Ray J; however, since then she has definitely grabbed the media’s attention with everything from acting to creating enticing fragrances. From reality television to modeling, Kim has continued to climb the latter to fame and is receiving more publicity than ever.

Now, her mother and sisters are all famous for the show Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E!. But lately Kim is receiving the majority of the attention (which is typical) due to her upcoming wedding to basketball star Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets.

As the most well-known Kardashian sister, Kim’s highly publicized wedding is quickly approaching and the ceremony is set to take place in the former beautiful home of Ellen DeGeneres! We already know that Vera Wang was the chosen designer for the wedding attire and now the exciting location is sure to make this a high-end wedding that will be talked about for years!

The historic estate is located in Montecito, California with beautiful natural surroundings, which will make for gorgeous wedding pictures! The home has multiple ties to fame, but is currently owned by Eric Schmidt which was a Google CEO. Although the home is only around 4 acres, Schmidt purchased the home from DeGeneres in 2007 for a hefty 20 million!

Looking to sneak a peek? Do not bother—the house is relatively secluded and most importantly is highly secured. But not to worry, you can catch the wedding from the comfort of your home on your television! Unfortunately, Ms. Kardashian is not as famous the Royal Wedding and therefore will not be live so those hoping to see into the wedding festivities will have to wait.

The high profile wedding is set to take place August 20, just a few days away! However, it will not be aired to the public until October—which is an incredibly long time to wait to see a wedding that everyone is anticipating!
