Just a few days ago Chris Brown was flying high with an absolutely incredible performance at the 2011 Video Music Awards. Chris Brown literally levitated across the stage with celebrities across the room standing and applauding, providing their recognition of an exceptional performance. It was truly a fascinating performance like no other.

However, Chris’ celebration was probably short-lived as the celebrity came crashing back to reality with the numerous allegations brought forth by his neighbors weighing on his mind.

Despite his amazing talents, Chris Brown definitely has a reputation for being rather aggressive and violent. In fact, Mr. Brown is still on probation from when he attacked Rihanna in 2009.

Like many other celebrities, Chris Brown continues to have outbursts of anger but these outbursts are not being reported to his probation officer. As a result, he is essentially violating his probation without receiving any repercussions of his actions. For example, Chris allegedly blew up in the dressing room after his Good Morning America appearance, causing a substantial amount of damage. Were charges filed? Of course not.

But now, a judge has requested an investigation of neighbor complaints that have been reported against Chris Brown. Brown currently lives in West Hollywood in a condominium. After managing to get $15,000 in parking citations removed—in which he was parking in handicap spots—Brown may now face multiple allegations being brought forward by his neighbors.

Allegations include everything from parking in handicap spots to vandalizing property and disturbing neighbors with very loud music. Although official complaints have yet to be filed against Chris Brown for these allegations, his probation office has received numerous letters. As a result of the number of letters, Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg has asked prosecutors to receive more information on these allegations to ensure that Chris Brown is not acting outside of his probation orders.

Time will tell if these allegations will move forward, providing probation complications for Chris Brown, or if the allegations are merely a way to get back at Brown for not being the best neighbor. I guess we will all have to wait and see what the prosecutors are able to find out from the accusers.

In the end, Brown definitely has an anger management problem that has yet to be controlled and is still giving him problems—although going unreported—as is indicative by his Good Morning America outburst.
