Beautiful and talented singer and songwriter Sheryl Crow has recently decided to splurge on a new pad in Nashville for over $5 million—a price she can definitely afford! Crow is incredibly successful and very well-known in the music industry as she has even performed with hot artists like The Rolling Stones and Michael Jackson.

Her amazing singing career, including winning multiple Grammy Awards, has led to guest appearances in everything from 30 Rock to Hanna Montana Forever. It is definitely not surprising to see that someone with this much success has the funds to shell out $5.225 million on a new home with over 6,700 square-feet of prime living space.

Despite some recent developments of legal battles in Forest Hills, the location of Crow’s new home is rather small, with a population under 5,000 according to the 2000 census. However, neighboring cities include other well-known Nashville suburbs as Franklin and Brentwood. Crow clearly desires “Soak Up the Sun” closer to the Music City itself with her Forest Hills property purchase.

Crow currently owns a home on the outskirts of Nashville (better known as Cross Creek Farm) that is complete with 154 acres and is on the market for a mere $4.5 million, which was previously listed for $7.5 million. The property has been on the market for over a year and would make an incredible investment opportunity for investors interested in celebrity properties near Music City.

Like many other celebrities, Crow appears to have become restless in waiting for her property to sale and decided to go ahead and splurge on a new 50-acre home in Forest Hills. However, this could provide a great opportunity to receive her listed property for a price even below the current asking price of $4.5 million. Investor? Use this new home purchase to your advantage and get an incredible home resting on 154 acres for a splendid deal!

As for Crow, she’ll continue to enjoy the luxury life in her new Nashville home but maintaining visiting rights to other properties she has spread across the country.
